Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. This processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and dispatch.

  • Shipping Carrier: We utilize the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS) for order fulfillment.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to USPS for shipment. The estimated delivery time to United States for USPS shipments is usually 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. And estimated delivery time to World Wide for USPS Shipments is usually 14-21 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or postal service disruptions.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

  • Shipping Costs:
    • For orders shipped within the United States, the shipping cost is $5.99.
    • For orders shipped to countries outside the United States, the shipping cost is $14.99

  • No, due to the metal plate used in our sublimation printing process, our cases are not compatible with wireless charging or NFC technologies.
